ABSTRACT

The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and compound prescriptions is confirmed based on practical experience. It is a highly generalized expression of the clinical characteristics and scope of prescriptions and a unique expression of the medical effects of TCM. Network pharmacology, as a cross-disciplinary field based on the theory of systems biology and multi-level analysis of biological systems, has become a common virtual screening tool in TCM research and gradually developed with the progress in big data and artificial intelligence. In the context of modern medicine, the efficacy of TCM compound prescriptions has a vague concept and lacks scientific evidence. Elucidating the connotation of TCM efficacy and guiding TCM theoretical research has become one of the hotspots and difficulties in TCM research. This article explores the feasibility of using network pharmacology for the research on the efficacy of TCM compound prescriptions and investigates whether the research results can represent part of the efficacy of prescriptions. Furthermore, the research platforms and algorithms in this field are summarized. The research ideas and existing problems in this field are proposed from the aspects of efficacy concept embodiment, target screening, result verification, efficacy network building, and homogenization avoiding of network pharmacology research results. Finally, the future development directions are prospected. This article is expected to provide a reference for exploring the modern biological basis of the efficacy of TCM and compound prescriptions and for the clinical application and theoretical research of TCM.

ABSTRACT

The four properties of Chinese herbal medicine have a history of several thousand years and are one of the important theoretical guides for the clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine. However, there have been few reviews of research methods and techniques for the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine in recent years. Therefore, this article summarized the advances and techniques for the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine by screening relevant literature on the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine and clarifying the characteristics, advantages, and applicable objects of each technique, in order to provide references for in-depth research on the four properties in the future. Chinese databases such as China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang data, and VIP, as well as international databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, and EMbase were searched for relevant literature on the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine. The advances, research objects, and research techniques involved in the literature were extracted, classified, and summarized. Currently, the research techniques for the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine mainly include six categories, i.e., literature data research, network pharmacology, biothermodynamics, cell biology, proteomics, and metabolomics. The research hierarchy can be divided into micro-level, small-level, medium-level, and macro-level. The research objects used in each experimental study are different, mainly single Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese herbal monomers, targets, microbial communities, cells, mice, and rats. Different research techniques explain the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine from different dimensions, which overall indicate the material basis of the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine. In future research, the interpretation of the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine can be first located at the research hierarchy, then corresponding research techniques can be selected according to the research hierarchy, and research indicators can be determined to obtain research conclusions. This can help researchers of traditional Chinese medicine effectively carry out research design and perform related experiments on the four properties of Chinese herbal medicine.

ABSTRACT

Abstract The relation between science and art has shown potential regarding the investigative contexts of the human and social sciences. Thus, this study aimed to describe the Research-Exhibition method, a theoretical-methodological proposition developed as an innovative proposal for document analysis, especially of documents resulting from participant research and/or other participatory methodologies. Designed from a documental collection referring to a project to continuously train teachers, Research-Exhibition is sustained by three dimensions: the work with the documents; that of setting up the scene in dialogue with the work of Jacques Rancière; and that of the place of researcher-curators. These dimensions enable subjects and collectives' singularities, memories, affections, and subjectivation processes to be brought to the exhibition by various documentary sources.


Resumo As relações entre ciência e arte têm apresentado potencialidades no que diz respeito aos contextos investigativos das ciências humanas e sociais. Neste sentido, este estudo teve por objetivo apresentar o método da Pesquisa-Exposição. Essa proposição teórico-metodológica foi desenvolvida como uma proposta inovadora de análise de documentos, principalmente documentos resultantes de pesquisas participantes e/ou outras metodologias participativas. Desenhada a partir da criação de um acervo documental referente a um projeto de formação continuada de professores, a Pesquisa-Exposição é sustentada em três dimensões: a do trabalho com os documentos; a da montagem da cena, em diálogo com a obra de Jacques Rancière; e a do lugar do pesquisador-curador. Essas dimensões possibilitam trazer à exposição singularidades, memórias, afetos e processos de subjetivação de sujeitos e coletivos, por intermédio das diversas fontes documentais.


Resumen La relación entre ciencia y arte ha mostrado potencialidades con respecto a los contextos investigativos de las ciencias humanas y sociales. En ese sentido, este estudio tuvo como objetivo presentar el método Investigación-Exposición. Esta propuesta teórico-metodológica se desarrolló como una propuesta innovadora para el análisis de documentos, principalmente resultantes de la investigación participante y/u otras metodologías participativas. Diseñada a partir de la creación de un acervo documental referente a un proyecto de formación continua de docentes, la Investigación-Exposición se sustenta en tres dimensiones: el trabajo con los documentos; la puesta en escena, en diálogo con la obra de Jacques Rancière; y la del lugar del investigador-curador. Estas dimensiones permiten traer a la exposición singularidades, memorias, afectos y procesos de subjetivación de sujetos y colectivos mediante diversas fuentes documentales.

ABSTRACT

RESUMO Este artigo analisou como as publicações sobre dupla carreira (DC) no Brasil abordaram esse tema conceitualmente e metodologicamente. Realizamos uma revisão narrativa dos estudos publicados entre 2018 e 2023, e os analisamos a partir dos tipos de abordagens metodológicas, os conceitos e o direcionamento dessas pesquisas brasileiras. Notamos que a DC é vista como objeto de conciliação de rotinas a partir das idiossincrasias de cada grupo de investigação, carecendo de aprofundamento sobre possíveis causas para má gestão das agendas do estudante-atleta. Sugerimos uma maior interação entre os grupos de pesquisa, buscando mínimos consensos entre os investigadores sobre a noção de DC tal como a adoção de métodos holísticos que auxiliem a captar a complexidade desse fenômeno social.


ABSTRACT We analyse the conceptual and methodological approaches taken by Brazilian research on the Dual Career (DC). We conducted a narrative review of published studies between 2018 and 2023; we analysed them based on the methodological approach, the concept used, and their basic premises that support research. We observe that DC is viewed as the form of combining routines by Brazilian researchers, conducting debate from their theoretical perspectives. Still, we note little engagement among these researchers to provide a combination approach to deep knowledge about DC and their issues with managing student-athletes schedules. So, we suggest more interaction among Brazilian research groups, seeking consensus to adopt holistic research methods that aid in understanding the DC complexity.


RESUMEN Ese artículo analizó cómo las recientes publicaciones se acercaron conceptual y metodológicamente a la Carrera Dual (CD) en Brasil. Revisamos los artículos desde 2018 a 2023, y los analizamos a través de sus metodologías, conceptos y premisas teóricas que los basaron los investigadores. Observamos que la CD fue acercada como la manera de compaginar rutinas y los investigadores conducían al debate desde sus perspectivas teóricas. También notamos poco involucro entre los investigadores, lo que puede limitar la interpretación a cerca de la CD y la manera de compaginar a las agendas de los estudiantes-deportistas. Por lo tanto, sugerimos una interacción entre los investigadores brasileños, buscando acuerdos para adoptar metodologías holísticas para comprender el fenómeno de la CD.

Objetivo: investigar a produção científica na área da enfermagem sobre o Método Criativo Sensível. Método: pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa, do tipo revisão bibliométrica. Resultados: foram recuperados 293 documentos, dos quais 97 estão presentes na base de dados da Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, 184 na Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, seis na Scopus e seis na Web of Science. Em suma, destaca-se as publicações nos idiomas inglês (69,9%) e português (22,5%), bem como a disponibilidade no formato de artigos científicos (96,6%) entre os anos de 1967 a 2022. A revista Nurse Education detém 30 publicações. Os termos mais utilizados na indexação das pesquisas foram "Humanos", "Criatividade", "Métodos", "Psicologia" e "Ensino". Os principais autores na área foram Ivone Evangelista Cabral, Liliane Faria da Silva e Eliane Tatsch Neves. Conclusão: identificou-se crescimento do comportamento das informações sobre o método criativo sensível na enfermagem.


Objective: to investigate the scientific production in the area of nursing on the Sensitive Creative Method. Method: descriptive research, with a quantitative approach, of the bibliometric review type. ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To build a standardized simulation teaching system for resident pharmacists and evaluate its effects, and to provide reference for improving the competency of resident pharmacists. METHODS The established simulation teaching system for pharmacy residents’ standardized training in the study included revising the simulation teaching syllabus, setting up simulation teaching courses, implementing the teaching method through “six types of simulations”, applying objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) for assessment, building a simulation teaching team and strengthening the simulation teaching management. The effect evaluation was perfermed with mixed research method, and qualitative and quantitative research methods were used to collect and analyze data and information. RESULTS &&CONCLUSIONS Compared with the traditional teaching system, the passing rate of graduation examination (71.4% vs. 100%) and the score of after-department examination ([ 76.2±7.8) vs. (90.4±4.9)] under the simulation teaching mode were higher; through questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews, we found that resident pharmacists who went through simulation teaching gave positive feedback on the role and impact of this system. The simulation teaching system can be used with good generalizability for the standardized training of resident pharmacists, and can provide strong basis and support for the high-quality development of hospital pharmacy.

ABSTRACT

Objetivo: descrever e analisar criticamente a vertente relativista da Teoria fundamentada nos dados (TFD), incluindo uma abordagem de como utilizar este referencial metodológico nas pesquisas qualitativas em enfermagem. Conteúdo: estudo teórico reflexivo organizado em três tópicos. Primeiramente apresenta a evolução da TFD e o legado straussiano; na sequência as características metodológicas da vertente relativista e, por fim, as contribuições da TFD relativista para as pesquisas em enfermagem brasileira. Considerações finais: trata-se de um referencial apropriado para estudos na enfermagem, por possibilitar a geração de modelos explicativos, a partir da prática de enfermagem, e por fornecer subsídios para os profissionais de saúde refletirem sobre o seu fazer com vistas a otimizar a qualidade do cuidado.


Objective: to describe and critically analyze the relativistic aspect of Grounded Theory (GT), also addressing how to use this methodological framework in qualitative research in Nursing. Content: this reflective, theoretical study was organized into three topics: first, the evolution of GT and the legacy of Strauss; then, the methodological characteristics of the relativistic approach; and, finally, the contributions of relativist GT to Brazilian Nursing research. Final considerations: this framework is appropriate for nursing studies, as it makes it possible to generate explanatory models based on nursing in practice and provides input for health personnel to reflect on their own practice, in order to optimize the quality of care.


Objetivo: describir y analizar críticamente el aspecto relativista de la Teoría fundamentada en los datos (TFD), incluyendo un enfoque sobre cómo utilizar ese marco metodológico en las investigaciones cualitativas en enfermería. Contenido: estudio teórico reflexivo organizado en tres temas. Primero, presenta la evolución de la TDF y el legado straussiano; luego, las características metodológicas de la corriente relativista y, finalmente, las contribuciones de la TDF relativista a las investigaciones en enfermería brasileña. Consideraciones finales: se trata de un marco apropiado para los estudios de enfermería, ya que permite la generación de modelos explicativos, basados en la práctica de enfermería, y que proporciona subsidios para que los profesionales de la salud reflexionen sobre su propia práctica, con el fin de optimizar la calidad del cuidado.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the status of early essential newborn care (EENC) implementation in four counties in western China.Methods:Based on the 18 counties from "safety newborn project", which was jointly launched by the National Health Commission (NHC) of China and United Nations Children's Fund, one county was randomly selected from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Guizhou, Sichuan and Qinghai Province, respectively (Longde county, Qinglong county, Tongjiang county, and Tongren county). Then one or two county-level birth facilities were randomly selected from each county for the field investigation from December 2020 to April 2021. Information of EENC core practice implementation was collected through questionnaires for mother-newborn dyads, and interviewees' experiences, attitudes, and needs for EENC implementation were obtained through focus group discussion and in-depth interviews with mothers. SAS 9.4 and NVivo 12.0 were used for quantitative and qualitative data analysis, then the results were integrated.Results:A total of 599 questionnaires for mother-newborn dyads were collected from the four counties, and 45 health staff and 15 mothers were interviewed. The proportion of participants with skin-to-skin contact (SSC) ≥90 min was the highest in Qinglong County, Guizhou Province (90.0%, 95% CI:85.2%-94.8%), followed by Tongjiang County, Sichuan Province (83.6%, 95% CI:77.7%-89.5%). The highest rate of early breastfeeding initiation was observed in Tongren County, Qinghai Province (99.3%, 95% CI:97.8%-100.0%). The positive experience of SSC for mothers were mainly from the promotion of happiness and early breastfeeding. Applied no medicine to the end of the umbilical cord, neonatal routine eye care, and vitamin K 1 administration were successfully promoted in the four counties, which gradually became a norm. However, some respondents still had doubts about SSC and applying no medicine to the end of the umbilical cord. Conclusions:Core practices recommended in EEEC were successfully introduced to the project counties despite concerns about certain practices from some medical staff and mothers. Further dissemination and training for EENC were needed to promote the scale-up of EENC in China.

ABSTRACT

TCM formulae are the important guidances for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicines, which follow the principles of diagnosis and treatment in TCM. Elucidating the bio-active components of TCM formulae is the key to the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicines. With the rapid development of modern instruments and technology, many new theories, methods and strategies are emerging, which upgrade the research of TCM formulae into a higher level. Only when the medicinal efficacy, bio-active components, function mechanism of TCM formulae are understood, we can guarantee TCM safety and quality control. In this paper, we summarized the latest modern research thoughts and methods on bio-active components of TCM formulae including formula decomposition study, serum pharmacology and serum pharmacochemistry, association analysis, biochromatography, network pharmacology, metabolomics and proteomics, so as to provide reference for the research and development of TCM in the future.

ABSTRACT

Abstract In recent years, an increasing number of studies adopting the experimental method have appeared in Public Administration journals. It has been argued that the advantage of experiments in behavioral sciences is that researchers can control contextual factors while investigating the effect of manipulations on a variable of interest. Another point is that experiments can be replicated and, thus, increase confidence in research results. However, replications are rarely undertaken, especially in the behavioral sciences. This article examines the results of the "Open Science Reproducibility Project: Psychology," which replicated 100 experiments previously published in leading Psychology journals. Based on the findings of this project, we present seven recommendations to Public Administration scholars that can improve the quality of their experiments.


Resumen En los últimos años, han aparecido en revistas de Administración Pública un número creciente de estudios que adoptan el método experimental. Se ha argumentado que la ventaja de los experimentos en las ciencias del comportamiento es que permiten a los investigadores controlar los factores contextuales mientras investigan el efecto de las manipulaciones en una variable de interés. Otro argumento es que los experimentos se pueden reproducir y, por tanto, aumentar la confianza en los resultados de la investigación. Sin embargo, las repeticiones rara vez se realizan, especialmente en las ciencias del comportamiento. En este artículo examinamos los resultados del Open Science Reproducibility Project: Psychology, que repitió 100 experimentos publicados anteriormente en las principales revistas de Psicología. Con base en los hallazgos de este proyecto, presentamos siete recomendaciones a los académicos del área de Administración Pública que pueden mejorar la calidad de sus experimentos.


Resumo: Nos últimos anos, um número crescente de estudos adotando o método experimental tem surgido em periódicos de Administração Pública. Tem-se argumentado que a vantagem dos experimentos nas ciências comportamentais é que este permite aos pesquisadores controlar os fatores contextuais enquanto investigam o efeito das manipulações em uma variável de interesse. Outro argumento é que os experimentos podem ser replicados e, assim, aumentar a confiança nos resultados da pesquisa. No entanto, replicações raramente são realizadas, especialmente nas ciências comportamentais. Neste artigo, examinamos os resultados do Open Science Reproducibility Project: Psychology, que replicou 100 experimentos publicados anteriormente nas principais revistas de Psicologia. Com base nas conclusões deste projeto, apresentamos sete recomendações a acadêmicos da área de Administração Pública que podem melhorar a qualidade de seus experimentos.

ABSTRACT

No contexto das pesquisas qualitativas, este estudo tem por objetivo apresentar os fundamentos básicos e potenciais aplicações do referencial teórico-metodológico da Análise Fenomenológica Interpretativa (AFI). A AFI é ancorada na articulação de conceitos de três correntes intelectuais: fenomenologia, hermenêutica e idiografia. Este estudo busca apresentar e refletir sobre suas características, potencialidades, limites e, mais especificamente, apresentar e analisar algumas implicações teóricas e práticas da aplicação da AFI em pesquisa. Trata-se de um referencial bem estabelecido internacionalmente, porém pouco difundido na realidade brasileira, onde ainda conta com número restrito de estudos. Com isso, pretende-se contribuir para o preenchimento de uma lacuna da literatura, ampliando o conhecimento dessa abordagem no contexto nacional, de modo a inspirar e incentivar o desenvolvimento de novos estudos.


In the context of qualitative research, the objective in this study is to address the basic underpinnings and the potential applications of Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) as a theoretical-methodological framework. IPA is grounded in concepts and the articulation of three knowledge areas: phenomenology, hermeneutics and idiography. This text deals with the introduction and characteristics, potentialities, limitations of, and - more specifically- introduce and discusses theoretical and practical IPA applications in research. Although it is well established internationally, a limited number of studies in Brazil are grounded in IPA. Therefore, this paper is expected to contribute to the dissemination of the approach in the Brazilian context by filling the existing gap and, as a result, inspire and encourage the development of new studies.


En el contexto de las investigaciones cualitativas, este estudio tiene por objetivo presentar los fundamentos básicos y posibles aplicaciones del referencial teórico-metodológico del Análisis Fenomenológico Interpretativo (AFI). La AFI es anclada en la articulación de conceptos de tres áreas del conocimiento: fenomenología, hermenéutica e idiografía. Este estudio busca presentar y reflexionar sobre sus características, potencialidades, límites y, más específicamente, presentar y analizar algunas implicaciones teóricas y prácticas de la aplicación de la AFI en investigación. Se trata de un referencial bien establecido internacionalmente, pero poco difundido en la realidad brasileña, donde cuenta con número restringido de investigaciones. Con ello, se pretende contribuir al llenado de una laguna de la literatura, ampliando el conocimiento de ese abordaje en el contexto nacional, para inspirar e incentivar el desarrollo de nuevos estudios.

Resumo Introdução O diálogo específico da terapia ocupacional com a Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) apresenta fragilidades, o que requer compreensão em profundidade. Objetivo Identificar e analisar as práticas de terapeutas ocupacionais na APS e sua interface com os atributos essenciais e derivados desse nível assistencial. Método Pesquisa de métodos mistos (sequencial explanatória) por meio de três fases: Fase 1 - coleta de dados quantitativos e qualitativos por uma Internet Surveys com 105 terapeutas ocupacionais da APS; a Fase 2 - abordagem qualitativa a partir da Teoria Fundamentada em Dados, por meio de entrevistas e observações da prática com oito profissionais, oriundas da primeira fase; Fase 3 - discussão e análise dos resultados. Resultados Fase 1 - 93,3% das participantes foram mulheres, a maioria de capitais e regiões metropolitanas e do Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família e Atenção Básica (NASF-AB). Quanto à orientação das suas práticas pelos atributos, foram identificados: atenção ao primeiro contato (92,3%), longitudinalidade (84,7%), integralidade (95,2%), coordenação do cuidado (83,8%), orientação familiar (90,4%), orientação comunitária (76,1%) e competência cultural (60,9%). Fase 2 - oito terapeutas ocupacionais do NASF-AB, de capitais e regiões metropolitanas do sudeste e nordeste, informaram o processo de trabalho na APS e sua análise indicou as seguintes categorias: características e fundamentação da prática, terapia ocupacional no apoio clínico e pedagógico e desafios da prática. Conclusão Foi possível constatar que as práticas de terapeutas ocupacionais fazem interface com os atributos da APS, o que indica sua pertinência e inserção nesse nível assistencial.


Abstract Introduction The specific dialogue of occupational therapy with Primary Health Care (APS) has weaknesses, which requires in-depth understanding. Objective To identify and analyze the practices of occupational therapists in APS and its interface with the essential and derived attributes of this level of care. Method Research of mixed methods (explanatory sequential) through three phases: Phase 1 - a collection of quantitative and qualitative data by an Internet Surveys with 105 occupational therapists from APS; Phase 2 - qualitative approach starting the Grounded Theory, through interviews and observations of the practice with 8 professionals from the first phase; Phase 3 - Discussion and analyzing of results. Results Phase 1 - 93.3% of the participants were women, mostly from state capitals and metropolitan regions, and from the Extended Family Health and Primary Care Center (NASF-AB). Regarding the orientation of their practices by APS attributes, the following results were identified: first contact attention (92.3%), longitudinality (84.7%), completeness (95.2%), care coordination (83.8%), family orientation (90.4%), community orientation (76.1%) and cultural competence (60.9%). Phase 2 - Eight NASF-AB occupational therapists from southeastern and northeastern capitals and metropolitan regions reported the work process in APS and their analysis indicated the following categories: practice characteristics and rationale, occupational therapy in clinical and pedagogical support, and challenges of practice. Conclusion It was possible to verify that the occupational therapists' practices interface with the APS attributes, which indicates their relevance and insertion in this level of care.

Discorre-se sobre o desenvolvimento brasileiro da psicologia do trabalho e das organizações, com o foco na sua formação pós-graduada e produção científica. Inicia-se pela demarcação conceitual. Na seção subsequente, argumenta-se a favor da relação entre o crescimento e a diversificação da subárea e também a expansão da pós-graduação no Brasil. Segue um panorama das revisões de literatura nacionais, visando ressaltar a diversidade na prática de pesquisa. Finaliza-se com considerações sobre os desafios para alcançar níveis mais elevados de amadurecimento científico.(AU)


This article aims to describe the Brazilian development of work and organizational psychology, with a focus on its graduate training and scientific production. It begins by defining concepts. The following section argues in favor of the relationship between growth and diversification of the subarea and the expansion of graduate programs in Brazil. An overview of the national scientific reviews follows, in order to mark the diversity in research practices. Finally, the chapter discusses challenges to achieve higher levels of scientific maturity.(AU)


Se aborda el desarrollo brasileño de la psicología del trabajo y de las organizaciones, con el foco en su formación en el posgrado y producción científica. Se inicia por la demarcación conceptual. En la sección posterior, se argumenta a favor de la relación entre el crecimiento y la diversificación del sub-área y también la expansión del posgrado en el Brasil. Se propone un panorama de las revisiones de literatura nacionales, con vistas a resaltar la diversidad en la práctica de investigación. Se concluye con consideraciones sobre los desafíos para alcanzar niveles más elevados de madurez científica.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Conventional algorithms for selecting study designs are difficult to use for a novice researcher, especially the postgraduate students. Aninherent limitation of using the existing algorithms is the requirement of a priori knowledge of the characteristics of various study designs.We propose a simple and novel 3-question approach to select study designs. The questions are asked in a stepwise manner with answersin ‘yes’ or ‘no’. The responses to each of these questions lead the researcher towards choosing the appropriate study design. We believethat this 3-question approach would be useful for unexperienced researchers in selecting study designs, besides serving as a tool toteach-learn selection of study designs

ABSTRACT

From research experiences with homeless people, we seek to discuss the possibilities and challenges of the ethnographic and cartographic method, as they have been used in anthropology and psychology, from the perspective of interdisciplinary dialogues and compositions. The precarious living conditions of people on the street, who hang between exclusion and resistance, continually challenged us and imposed reflections on the relations between the researcher, the participants and the institutions in the research field. In this article, we present the premises of a methodological composition that we call "ethnocartographing" in an ethical and political dialogue about the act of research as an affirmation of life. We emphasize that the proposed approach does not translate into methodological techniques, but corresponds to an immersion into the universe of the other in which writing constitutes an important dimension of knowledge production between research and life.


A partir de experiências de pesquisas junto a pessoas em situação de rua, buscamos discutir as possibilidades e desafios do método etnográfico e do método cartográfico, como têm sido utilizados na Antropologia e na Psicologia, numa perspectiva de diálogos e composições interdisciplinares. A condição de vida precária das pessoas na rua, que pendulam entre a exclusão e a resistência, nos interpelou continuamente e impôs reflexões acerca das relações entre o/a pesquisador/a, os participantes e as instituições no campo da pesquisa. Neste artigo, apresentamos as premissas de uma composição metodológica a que chamamos de "etnocartografar", num diálogo ético e político sobre o ato de pesquisar como afirmação da vida. Ressaltamos que a abordagem proposta não se traduz em técnicas metodológicas, mas corresponde a uma incursão no universo do outro em que a escrita constitui uma importante dimensão da produção de conhecimento entre a pesquisa e a vida.

La condición de vida precaria de las personas sin vivienda, que se mueven entre la exclusión y la resistencia, nos interpeló continuamente e impuso reflexiones acerca de las relaciones entre el investigador/a, los participantes y las instituciones en el campo de la investigación. En ese artículo presentamos las premisas de una composición metodológica a la que llamamos "etnocartografar", en un diálogo ético y político sobre el acto de investigar como afirmación de la vida. Resaltamos que los enfoques no se traducen en técnicas metodológicas, pero corresponde a experiencias de incursión en el universo del otro en que la escritura constituye una importante dimensión de la producción de conocimiento entre la investigación y la vida.

ABSTRACT

Traditional Chinese medicine formulas (TCMF) is composed of several Chinese herbal medicines based on the theory of TCM. It plays a synergistic role under the appropriate dosage ratio to achieve the overall adjustment and treatment of TCM. It is of great significance to study the compatibility of TCMF in promoting the modernization, development and clinical application of TCM. The compatibility law is the core of TCMF theory. In recent years, based on the seven compatible relations and monarch-minister-assistant-guide principles, the composition, pharmacological activity and pharmacokinetic properties of the TCMF and their compounds were studied by new techniques and new methods, and the scientific connotation of compatibility of TCMF was discussed from different perspectives. In addition, the establishment of a variety of mathematical methods and models, the development and application of network pharmacology and data mining methods also provide great help to the research on compatibility of TCMF. The development of research methods has promoted the scientific research on the compatibility of TCMF, but it is the main task of the research on the TCMF compatibility to establish the suitable research methods for the complex relationship of pharmacodynamic substances, to clarify the internal roles of TCMF and their compounds/components compatibility, and to construct a new modern TCMF.

Resumo A aplicação de intervenções educacionais inclusivas por agentes educacionais em estudantes da educação especial deveria ser sistematicamente avaliada, para garantir replicação futura dos procedimentos e resultados, a partir do uso de um delineamento experimental adequado à proposta. O objetivo foi analisar como pesquisas aplicadas podem contribuir no arranjo de intervenções educacionais inclusivas mais sistemáticas, a partir do uso de delineamentos experimentais em Análise do Comportamento; discutir a tomada de decisão para a escolha de um delineamento e o impacto dessa escolha nos dados coletados e no conhecimento que se deseja produzir, especialmente a partir do envolvimento dos diferentes agentes educacionais na aplicação de intervenções pedagógicas com estudantes com DI ou TEA. Discute-se a garantia de um delineamento que avalie os resultados das intervenções aplicadas por agentes e a dificuldade de identificar um delineamento que assegure com precisão científica o impacto de cada intervenção aplicada por cada um deles.


Résumé L'application d'interventions éducatives inclusives par des agents de l'éducation à des étudiants de l'éducation specialisée devrait être systématiquement évaluée afin de garantir la reproduction à l'avenir des procédures et des résultats de l'utilisation d'un plan expérimental approprié. L'objectif était d'analyser en quoi la recherche appliquée pouvait contribuer à le arrangement d'interventions éducatives inclusives plus systématiques, fondées sur l'utilisation de modèles expérimentaux dans l'analyse comportementale; discuter de la prise de décision pour le choix d'un design et de l'impact de ce choix sur les données collectées et les connaissances à produire, en particulier grâce à la participation des différents agents de l'éducation à la mise en œuvre d'interventions pédagogiques auprès d'élèves présentant un IDD ou un TSA. Il traite de la garantie d'un plan qui évalue les résultats des interventions appliquées par les agents et de la difficulté d'identifier un plan qui assure avec une précision scientifique l'impact de chaque intervention appliquée.

El objetivo del texto fue analizar cómo las investigaciones aplicadas pueden contribuir a la disposición de intervenciones educativas inclusivas más sistemáticas, a partir del uso de diseños experimentales en el Análisis de la Conducta; así como discutir la toma de decisiones para seleccionar un diseño y el impacto de esa elección en los datos recolectados y en el conocimiento que se desea producir, especialmente desde la participación de los diferentes agentes educativos en la aplicación de intervenciones pedagógicas con estudiantes con DI o TEA. Se discute la garantía de un diseño que evalúe los resultados de las intervenciones aplicadas por agentes y la dificultad de identificar un diseño que garantice con precisión científica el impacto de cada intervención aplicada por cada uno de ellos.


Abstract The application of inclusive educational interventions by educational agents to special education students should be systematically evaluated to ensure future replication of procedures and results from the use of an adequate experimental design. The aim was to analyze how applied researches can contribute to the arrangement of more systematic inclusive educational interventions, based on the use of experimental designs in Behavior Analysis; to discuss decision making for choosing a design and the impact of this choice on the data collected and on the knowledge to be produced, especially from the involvement of different educational agents in the application of pedagogical interventions with students with ID or ASD. It discusses the guarantee of a design that evaluates the results of interventions applied by agents and the difficulty to identify a design that assures with scientific precision the impact of each intervention applied.

ABSTRACT

Despite the popularity of the organizational culture construct in the organizational psychology´s practice, it is important to scrutinize the theoretical and methodological quality standards of its principles in Brazil. The present study investigated 27 articles targeting at an organization´s culture, in 18 psychology and administration top-ranked journals, issued between 1996 and 2017. The articles were classified by their theoretical and methodological characteristics, such as type of data analysis, culture definitions, among others, to be further quantified and qualitatively reviewed. The trends were discussed in face of organizational culture´s global literature standards, and according to the characteristics of national organizational behavior literature. Special attention was recommended to the alignment between method and epistemology, as well as to a convergence towards global literature´s new developments.


Apesar da popularidade do constructo "cultura organizacional" na prática do psicólogo organizacional, é preciso questionar a qualidade teórico-metodológica de seus fundamentos no Brasil. Este estudo levantou 27 pesquisas cujo objeto foi a cultura de uma organização, nos 18 periódicos de psicologia e administração mais bem avaliados no período de 1996 a 2017. Os artigos foram classificados por suas características teóricas e metodológicas, tais como tipo de análise de dados e definições de cultura, dentre outros aspectos, para então serem quantificados e analisados qualitativamente. As tendências foram discutidas frente aos padrões da literatura global sobre cultura organizacional, à luz das características da produção nacional em comportamento organizacional. Recomendou-se especial atenção ao alinhamento entre método e epistemologia, além de aproximação dos avanços da literatura global na área.

A utilização do pensamento vigotskiano para contrapor o modelo experimental positivista foi um dos destinos de sua teoria no ocidente. Uma das apropriações de Vigotski foi feita pelo construcionismo social. Tal movimento teórico tem sido utilizado como método de pesquisa em várias áreas do saber, inclusive no contexto educacional. Nesse sentido, realizamos uma análise comparativa entre os conceitos de Vigotski que são utilizados por esse movimento e suas implicações para a teoria do conhecimento. Constatamos que alguns conceitos de Vigotski são tomados sem se levar em conta a totalidade de sua obra, principalmente sua concepção de linguagem. Argumentaremos que autores como Gergen e Shotter generalizaram as explicações de Vigotski sobre o desenvolvimento infantil para todos os estágios do desenvolvimento cultural. Por fim, analisaremos a compreensão construcionista de imaginação. Demonstraremos que separar a imaginação da explicação de Vigotski sobre a relação entre linguagem e pensamento levou o construcionismo a uma interpretação pós-moderna desse psicólogo soviético.


The use of Vygotsky's thought to counter the positivist experimental model was one of the fates of his theory in the West. One of Vygotsky's appropriations has made by social constructionism. This theoretical movement has been used as a research method in several areas of knowledge, including in the educational context. In this sense, we perform a comparative analysis of the concepts of Vygotsky that are used by this movement and its implications for the theory of knowledge. We find that some concepts of Vygotsky are taken without taking into account the totality of his work, especially his conception of language. We will argue that authors like Gergen and Shotter generalized Vigotski's explanations on child development for all stages of cultural development. Finally, we will analyze the constructivist understanding of imagination. We will show that separating the imagination from Vygotsky's account of the relationship between language and thought has led constructionism to a postmodern interpretation of this Soviet psychologist.


La utilización del pensamiento de Vygotsky para contraponer el modelo experimental positivista fue uno de los destinos de su teoría en el occidente. Una de las apropiaciones de Vygotsky se hiso por el construccionismo social. Tal movimiento teórico ha sido utilizado como método de investigación en varias áreas del saber, inclusive en el contexto educacional. En ese sentido, realizamos un análisis comparativo entre los conceptos de Vygotsky que son utilizados por ese movimiento y sus implicaciones para la teoría del conocimiento. Constatamos que algunos conceptos de Vygotsky son tomados sin llevarse en cuenta la totalidad de su obra, principalmente su concepción de lenguaje. Argumentaremos que autores como Gergen y Shotter generalizaron las explicaciones de Vygotsky sobre el desarrollo infantil para todas las etapas del desarrollo cultural. Por fin, analizaremos la comprensión construccionista de imaginación. Demostraremos que separar la imaginación de la explicación de Vygotsky sobre la relación entre lenguaje y pensamiento llevó el construccionismo a una interpretación post-moderna de ese psicólogo soviético.

Metabolomics is a new discipline which has developed rapidly following post-genomic,transcriptomics and proteomics.It has become an important research method because of its unique advantages.It is mainly used in drug research and development,disease surveillance and other fields.In addition,with the gradual maturation of metabolomics technology and the gradual development of new analytical methods,the application of metabolomics has been more and more widely,and metabolomics technology has been gradually applied to the field of parasite research,especially for protozoan parasites.This paper summarizes metabolomics,metabolomics research methods,and the application of metabolomics in research of protozoan parasites,with the aims of further understanding of metabolomics technology,and providing reference basis for solving problems of protozoan parasites.
